How many days would you like to host our team? *
The most successful events are those that run Wed-Sun or Thurs-Sun or Fri-Sun.  To include school assemblies and concluding on the weekend is best.  If ONLY one day this would have to be on one of our tours.  
Give us an idea of dates dates that might work for your schedule? *
Please give us 2-3 different date ideas.  example: End of Oct 2013, Spring 2014, etc
What can you afford for HOUSING our team? *
We can stay in host homes or hotel!  Please one person per bed, at least one bathroom/shower, and no pets
What can you afford for FEEDING our team? *
Most often churches provide Home-cooked meals for the team! (donated by local church members)
What can you afford for TRANSPORTATION for our team? *
This would include round trip for the team via car or airplane. This also will determine how many team members will be coming.
What can you afford for MATERIALS used in our feats of strength *
Most of the places get donations from local hardware stores and larger home stores.  The more money the larger the feats we do.
What can you afford for PROMOTIONS *
At min we use smaller baseball card sized promotional cards that we hand out at the school assemblies
Will we be able to take a LOVE OFFERING at the evening events? *
This is how we can keep the cost VERY low
Would you be willing to help us raise money for school assemblies if they cannot afford them? Or do a  $2 suggested door donation? *
We charge $500 per school assemblies.  Often schools cannot afford this.  We don't put the extra burden on you but ask to help us raise this?
