Suggest preschool through adult titles for review by the In the Margins Review Committee (originated in the 2014 Library Services for Youth in Custody Group https://inthemarginssite.blog/about-2/). Titles should have high-interest appeal to youth who may fit into one or all of the following categories: -- Male or female, ages 9 - 21 -- multicultural (primarily African American, First Nations and Latino) -- from a street culture -- in restrictive custody -- reluctant readers. Each year, the books should show a publishing date of 18 months or less than the year of the award.
