MEDIA SERVICES EVENT REQUEST
This form requests equipment and media-related services for on-campus events at Hampshire College. All equipment and services are available on a first-come first-serve basis.

Main Lecture Hall
MAIN LECTURE HALL Events Details
Main Lecture Hall requests require that Media Services be hired to assist in AV set-up, monitoring, and breakdown. Events generally need microphones for sound and the ability to connect to the projector for computer or video projection. Please have someone involved with your event available at least 45mins before the start of your event to advise during set-up.
1 to 4 Mics • $25 per/hr set-up fee
Video/Computer Projection • $25 per/hr
DINNING COMMONS Event Details.
Media Services requires that we have technical information given to us about the needs of the band or performers you have hired for your event no later that 3 days prior to the event. Please email email@example.com with the details when you have them (and clearly mark the subject line of your email with the event name and date). Thanks.
Full Sound Support ($150 for up to 5hrs of a sound system and 2 student engineers)
Mini PA ($25 set-up fee, or you can be trained to set-up yourself as well, PA rental is then free, only for small events - readings, public speaking)
Video/Computer Projection ($25 set-up fee, set-up must happen no later than 30mins before event start)
