To be considered for the BBN, this application must be completed in full by 11:59pm on Sunday, April 6th, 2014. There are TWO parts to this application: 1) a video submission [details below] and 2) completion of this form. Your BBN application is not complete without both parts, and therefore will not be considered.
* Required

Video Submission (also due by Sunday, April 6, 2014 at 11:59pm)

Instructions: Film and edit a Public Service Announcement, Sports Story, News Story or Feature Story. Upload to YouTube or Vimeo then email the link to bbn.fvhs@gmail.com. Be sure to include your full name in the email. More details and examples here: https://www.facebook.com/events/633121443401725/ We'd prefer you work alone on your video so you can better demonstrate your potential in all aspects of video production; however, you may work with others, but you must include credits. We want to see who created the concept, as well as filmed and edited the video. The video should be two minutes or less. Don't worry about not having a lot of experience, we'd like to see your idea, how well you can tell a story, and what you already know. Be creative and good luck! If you do not have the resources and cannot submit a video, there are alternatives available: - Create a Photo Essay: ----Tell a story by using a sequence of photos. You are welcome to do that by caption it or any other method that you think is appropriate. - Write a script/storyboard.

Questions? write: bbn.fvhs@gmail.com or talk to Mr. Ziebarth in room 306.
