AIDs Walk Participant Form (5/19)
So, one of the biggest events of the year is coming up, AIDs Walk! :D
*This form is for WALKING, only!!!

AIDS Walk is on May 19th! We will meet up at the entrance to Central Park at 61st street and 5th avenue.
In order to get there, take the N or R trains to the 5th avenue and 59th street station!
Plan to meet up at around 7-8AM!

Please come with a $5 donation! :)

Because of the large amount of people who go to this event, the board will be the project captains for this one.

 Also, in order to participate, you must also fill in the following online registration form!
