Cloth Diaper Donation Bank (CDDB) Survey
Please complete the form and you will be contacted to complete the next step of the process.  (1 hour information and questions session.)
You will receive 24 cloth diapers, (prefolds, fitted, All in Ones, pocket diapers, or flats.) Depending on available inventory.
The diapers are sanitized yet may be previously used.
There is a $20 fee to cover repairs, sanitizing and acquiring of new inventory.
The fee is returnable within the first 2 weeks if you decide not to cloth diaper. After 2 weeks the fee is non returnable.

You are not permitted to sell, trade, or lend the diapers to others. When you are done with the diapers they must be returned to the Cloth Diaper Donation Bank.
You are responsible for water proof covers, closers, and laundering the diapers.
You will have support and guidance to help you learn to cloth diaper. There will be a 1 hour information and questions session prior to getting the diapers. Children are welcome.
