GLASS Mentee Application
The GLASS Mentorship Program provides GLASS members an opportunity to meet and establish a relationship with a mentor who can provide personalized one-on-one career advice. The program is open to Senate staff who are dues-paying members of GLASS. Interested Senate interns are allowed to participate at no cost.

The Mentorship Program is a purely voluntary program designed to establish mentoring partnerships between interested members of GLASS based solely on the information voluntarily supplied by program participants. GLASS does not verify the supplied information for accuracy, does not perform background checks on program participants, and makes no representations or warranties regarding the suitability of program participants.

GLASS is committed to ensuring that the privacy and confidentiality needs of all its members are met and respected. All information gathered through this web form and throughout the Mentorship Program will be kept in strict confidentiality.

You are not required to answer all questions on this application form; however, applicants are encouraged to provide information they believe will facilitate the best possible mentor/mentee match. The Mentorship Committee will attempt to match participants based on their stated preferences.

STATEMENT OF COMMITMENT TO CONFIDENTIALITY:  One of the cornerstone values of GLASS is confidentiality, and GLASS is committed to ensuring that the privacy and confidentiality needs of all its members are met and respected.  As a condition of participation in the GLASS Mentorship Program, every applicant to the Program must sign a confidentiality statement in which they agree to keep in strict confidence all private and/or confidential information they learn through their participation in the Mentorship Program regarding any individual, organization or business. Program participants may be disqualified from further participation in the Mentorship Program at any time by the GLASS Steering Committee for any action that violates the letter or spirit of this statement of confidentiality and may forfeit their membership in GLASS.
