With this form, I'm collecting feedback on the presentations or displays for the assignments and the team projects. The purpose of this is to offer suggestions for improvement to the evaluated teams.

Please submit a separate form for each team that you're evaluating. You can either submit multiple individual forms (e.g. each member does his/her own evaluation) for one team being evaluated, or coordinate the evaluation of the team among your team members, and submit only one form.

I may share information you submit here with the members of the teams being evaluated, without revealing the identity of the team or individual posting the information. I usually review the submitted answers, and assemble them for the e.valuated teams. I may omit information that I feel is not relevant, or not formulated in a constructive manner.
