Poetry Picnic 2012 - Team Registration Form!
The 1st annual UM - Dearborn Poetry Picnic will be held on THURSDAY, APRIL 5th at 11am in KOCHOFF HALL!! Who's excited? :D

This is the official registration form for all teams wishing to participate in the 3-round Poetry Picnic competition. For more information, read our "How To Poetry Picnic" guide, or email umdlep@gmail.com.

IMPORTANT GUIDELINES:

* Only ONE (1) registration form should be completed for each participating team.

* A team is made up of at least THREE (3) members. Each member must be a current student at the University of Michigan – Dearborn. There is no limit to the number of members on your team.

* If your team exceeds EIGHT (8) members, please write in their names under "MORE INFORMATION."

* A student organization may only be represented by ONE (1) team.

* Each team must have ONE (1) Poet Mascot. This is a poet whose poems the team will perform during the competition.

* Poet Mascots are taken on a first come, first served basis.

What type of team are you registering? *
If your team is representing a UMD student organaization (either USO or RSO), then choose "Student Organization Team." If your team is NOT representing a student organization, choose "Rogue Team."
Which UMD Student Organization is your team representing? *
Type in the name of the USO or RSO that your team is representing in the Picnic. Please make sure that the executive board of this student organization is aware that you are representing the org. If registering as a ROGUE team, type in NA.
Which competition rounds will your team participate in? *
You must choose at least one round, but you don't have to choose all three  :)
