The College of Graduate & Professional Studies will fund up to $250 for attending a conference (hotel and registration only) for graduate students in their area of study. Funding will increase to $500 for out-of-state conferences when the attendee is presenting, receiving an award, or working at the conference. Please use this form to request a grant and follow the instructions on the Graduate Student Professional Travel Grant Longwood web page.

Statement of Agreement *

I understand that a reimbursement will be provided by the Graduate College for up to the amount stated upon approval of my travel reimbursement request. I will provide a photo of myself at the conference as well as a written reflection that includes a few highlights from the conference I found most useful for my career. These may be shared on the Graduate Studies web pages. I am responsible for all charge incurred prior to travel if I do not complete the trip for any reason.
