Camp No Limb-itations Family Weekend, 2012

Dear Parent(s)/Guardian: We are very excited to announce our third family camp for children who are amputees or have limb deficiencies. Camp No Limb-itations will be held at Camp Twin Lakes, Will-A-Way in Winder, GA. Camp and will run from Friday, August 17th-Sunday, August 19th. It is located in the beautiful Ft. Yargo State Park. Camp Twin Lakes sits adjacent to a 260 acre lake and was built to provide a fully accessible camp experience. Due to the nature of this weekend, we invite parents and siblings living within the household to attend family camp. The cost is $50 per family for the entire weekend. This event will bring families together from all over the state for a weekend of sharing and learning with others who have children with limb deficiencies. The deadline for registration is July 27th. Space is limited and applications will be accepted on a first come first serve basis. Upon receiving your completed online application, you will receive follow up documents in the mail to complete by August 3rd. Acceptance to camp will be confirmed after these documents have been returned and reviewed by our medical team. Spots may fill before the August 3rd deadline, so please complete all required documents as soon as possible. You will receive more information after your family is accepted to camp after the August 3rd deadline. You can also visit the website at for a quick tour of the facility. Guardian Information

A legal guardian of the camper attending must complete this online application. All campers will be required to have at least one adult attend camp with them. Families will be housed together in the same cabin throughout the weekend.

Space is limited, if at anytime you become aware that there will not be a family member attending after you have applied, please e-mail or contact the Camp Director so we can prepare for housing appropriately.
