非常感谢您愿意在百忙之中拨冗填写这份问卷。这份问卷主要探讨有关中文教师在资讯能力、资讯及资讯应用的紧张心理等方面的课题，希望能够透过此份问卷得知中文教师在资讯能力上的需求及教学应用能力。此问卷的调查结果将有助於了解中文教师从教学培训到建构出自己教学能力的路径。
