Interruption and Quality of Life
This survey tries to discover how much interruption reduces productivity and quality of life. For this survey, consider an interruption to be any message or communication that draws your attention yet has lower priority than the task you were working on at the time. For example, a telemarketing phone call during dinner would be an interruption. However, your child screaming about a broken arm during American Idol would not be an interruption (assuming you're reasonably compassionate).
All questions are optional. Data will be publicly available when the survey is finished.
