Projekti failide arhiveerimine toimub järgnevalt:

1. Ekspordi lõplik projekt (film, dokumentaal, TV-saade jne.) Quicktime failina Shared Storage kettal kausta "MASTER TO ARCHIVE".

NB! Kasuta järgmise seadeid:
* DV PAL koodek - standard definitsioonis tehtud projektid (filmitud MiniDV/DVCAM kaameratega)
* Apple ProRes HQ koodek - HDV/DVCPROHD projektid.

2. Keele versioonid:
* Master ILMA SUBTIITRITETA.
* Master koos INGLISE KEELSETE SUBTIITRITEGA

* Master koos EESTI KEELSETE SUBTIITRITEGA (vajadusel)
       (nõutud, kui filmi näidatakse eesti telekanalites või kinos)

3. Tee projektist 10 täiskvaliteedis JPG formaadis pilti (5 projektist endast, 5 filmivõttest) - salvesta pildid "MASTER TO ARCHIVE" kausta.

4. Kui on tegemist kursusetöö või lõputööga, siis täida ka Muusikaleht ja Dialoogileht ja salvesta "MASTER TO ARCHIVE" kausta. Muusikalehe ja dialoogilehe vormid asuvad SharedStorage/BFM Media Archive Forms

NB! Kui oled monteerinud projekti väljaspool kooli arvutisüsteemi või oma välisel kõvakettal, siis too BFMi meediaarhiivi projekti master koopia (olenevalt Quicktime faili suurusest, kas DVD-l või välisel kõvakettal).

The archiving of the files is the following:

1. Export the final project (film, documentary, TV-projects etc.) as a Quicktime file to the Shared storage "MASTER TO ARCHIVE" folder.

NB! Use the following settings:
* DV PAL for standard definition projects filmed with MiniDV/DVCAM cameras
* Apple ProRes HQ codec for HDV/DVCPROHD projects

2. Language versions:
*  Master WITHOUT ANY SUBTITLES
*  Master with ENGLISH SUBTITLES

*  Master with ESTONIAN SUBTITLES (optional)
           (required when project is beeing shown in Estonian TV channels or cinema)

3. Submit also 10 full quality still pictures (5 from project itself, 5 from the film-set) from the project (in full quality JPG format) - store to "MASTER TO ARCHIVE" folder.

4. If you are submitting a course work or a final thesis film, please fill out also the Music Cue Sheet and the Dialogue Sheet and store to "MASTER TO ARCHIVE" folder. The forms are available in SharedStorage/BFM Media Archive Forms.

NB! If you have edited your project outside the school system or on your own external hard-disk then you should bring the master Quicktime file to BFM Media Archive (depending on the size of the Quicktime file, on DVD or hard-disk).
