By submitting this form, I am agreeing to fully comply with the below guidelines and rules set forth by Runway Exposure Models.

 1. I agree to not contact the boutique asking or begging for work. I understand that Runway Exposure Models is the primary source that handles all communication between the affiliated boutiques and if I'm found contacting the boutique to ask for work, I understand that Runway Exposure Models will terminate my listing without refund.

 2. I will notify Runway Exposure Models once I receive any modeling assignment as soon as I can.

 3. If I receive product and for any reason it doesn't fit, etc. that I will contact Runway Exposure Models immediately.

 4. I will return the same quality or better photos for any booking assignments that I have accepted.

 5. I understand that all photos must be background or clutter free.

I.E. No indoor home shoots with cribs, refrigerators, etc. and no outdoor shoots with vehicles, people or a garbage can in background. Also no date stamps or watermarks. Photographers watermarks are okay as long as it isn't distracting from the model or product.

 6. I will send at least 5 quality photos of each product received to model to Runway Exposure Models by email within 14 days after receiving product. I understand that if I fail to notify Runway Exposure Models of a situation that has occurred that will refrain me of meeting this 14 day deadline within 24 hours of this said deadline ending that Runway Exposure Models will terminate my listing without refund and I am fully responsible for returning product the way I received it and at my cost back to the boutique or I agree to pay the boutique the value of the product.

 7. That if I return modeled photos and they aren't approved and I'm asked to re-shoot that I will return modeled photos back to Runway Exposure Models within 7 days of being asked. I understand that failure to do so will also result in Runway Exposure Models terminating my listing without refund and I am fully responsible for returning product the way I received it and at my cost back to the boutique or I agree to pay the boutique the value of the product.

 8. I understand that if I receive a personalized product that is not returnable and I fail to produce quality photos or no photos at all or if I have received an item that I have torn, stained or ripped and it is not returnable that I am fully responsible for the value of this product and agree to pay the boutique the value of the product.

 9. I also understand that I am to always notify Runway Exposure Models if I {model or parent/guardian} has or starts his/her own modeling service or at any time becomes an administrator for another modeling service. Failure to notify Runway Exposure Models of this will result in model listing being terminated without refund.

 10. I understand that I will no longer be contacted via email when my listing ends. Runway Exposure Models will post a listing ending note on their Facebook page and if I will be renewing my listing, I will contact Runway Exposure Models via email before my listing ends to send a renewal invoice. Failure to contact Runway Exposure Models or pay for invoice will result in my listing being removed the day after.

11. I also fully understand that Runway Exposure Models reserves the right to terminate any listing or disqualify any participant in a contest at any given time for what we deem inappropriate behavior or poor business practices.
