Choosing Obstetricians & Hospitals
Hi,

I'm working on a project about choice of care for pregnancy, and I thought it would be useful to get some preliminary ideas about how expecting moms/parents choose where to get their care.

This brief survey will take about 5 minutes. All answers are confidential and will not be used in any research. They will only be used to help me understand the process of choosing medical care.
