First time applicants will be subject to interview process.
Application for booth space at the Deep Ellum Outdoor Market on designated dates from 11am to 5pm.
Dates are listed on DEOM website.
Application deadline is two weeks before the event.
Once notified of acceptance please send in payment to our paypal account.
First time vendors at DEOM can only apply for booth space at a single event.
Please read all information and print or save a copy for your records.

Terms and Conditions
- Application is incomplete without payment of booth fee

- Vendor will forfeit boothspace if arrives 60 minutes late.

- Vendor will be penalized if he or she leaves before the appointed break down time.  Vendor will be charged $20 and suspended for 2 months if leaves early.

- Booth fee will be refunded if vendor cancels before application deadline or if vendor is not accepted for the event

- Booth fee is non-refundable if vendor cancels after application deadline

- A first time participant may only apply for a single month.

- If vendor is not selected for the market or for requested booth space, the vendor may be placed on waiting list.  In the event of a cancellation, the vendor at the top of the list may take its place.

- The Deep Ellum Outdoor Market offers no sales guarantee

- Rain or shine, the Deep Ellum Outdoor Market will continue on the specified date

- The Deep Ellum Outdoor Market, Deep Ellum Foundation, Deep Ellum Community Association, and Deep Ellum Enrichment Project are not liable for any mishaps during the time of the event

- I hereby give DEOM and its commissioned photographer(s) permission to use photographic images of me, whether intact or in part, and I authorize the use and reproduction of such images. This includes any and all photographs at any DEOM event, for any purpose whatsoever, without further compensation to me. All negatives and positives, together with the prints, constitute the photographer's sole property.

- I am over 18 years of age.

- I understand that promotion of this event is the responsibility of all parties involved and that 50% of visitors to the event are friends, acquaintances, and customers of the vendors
