Terms and Conditions
By filling the form, I declare, confirm and agree as follows as I….
i) have fully understood the risk and responsibility of participating in the Biathlon/Biathlon+ and will be participating entirely at my own risk and responsibility;
ii) understand the importance of practices for participation in Biathlon/+. I will do it on my own & reach levels, where I can comfortably complete the event.
iii) understand that I must be of, and must train to, an appropriate level of fitness to participate in such a physically demanding event;
iv) take full responsibility of any illness or injury caused to me during the biathlon or at time thereafter, due to any reasons. Neither any functionary at IIT Bombay nor any member of the organizing team will be responsible in any respect.
v) understood the risk of participating on a course with vehicular traffic;
vi) will give true and complete information in this application form and am solely responsible for the accuracy of this information;
