QUESTIONS

The Office of Alumni Engagement has presented annual awards to honor alumni and friends of Elon University who serve as active partners, advocates and investors since 1941. These awards, formerly known as Elon Alumni Association Awards, are presented in the fall during Homecoming Weekend and are the highest accolades conferred by the Office of Alumni Engagement. Please supply brief answers to the following questions. You must answer the questions that specifically pertain to the award for which this individual is being nominated. However, feel free to answer all the questions if you wish.
