Hi! Thank you for taking the time to fill out this short screener. I am a freelance market researcher, and I am currently looking for pet owners to give me some honest feedback about a project I am conducting for a pet insurance specialist. After filling in your details, I may occasionally send you short surveys about different aspects of pet insurance to complete online. As a thank you for your time, I will be making a donation to an animal charity for each completed survey. I would also love your feedback at the end of this survey about which charity you think I should donate to for your time.
