By agreeing to support Carnivale with room nights you will be supporting the event and marketing your property on the Carnivale web site and other selected media.

Properties wishing to participate in this promotion are required to provide a minimum  4 room nights however larger properties are requested to provide more room nights. As a guide the following is suggested:

Small properties  4 x1 Bed  or  3 x 2Bed  or 2 x 3 Bed
Medium properties  6 x1 Bed  or  4 x 2Bed  or 3 x 3 Bed
Large Properties  8 x1 Bed  or  6 x 2Bed  or 4 x 3 Bed

The room nights willl be used for the following:
Provide accommodation for journalists and VIP's
Provide accommodation for sponsors who provide cash and inkind support for Carnivale.
Provide accommodation for entertainers who provide free or discount services for Carnivale eg Military band.
Prizes for events managed by Carnivale.

The majority of room nights will be required between 17 and 26 May 2013.
Each booking is subject to availability.
Each  booking will be confirmed  by Carnivale with the names and dates for the guest.
Not all accommodation offered under this promotion may be required.
Accommodation used for prizes may be booked by the prize winner direct with the property within 12 months or such other period as the property advises and is subject to availability by the property. Prize winners will be notified to the property by Carnivale.
