ACF Nationals 2013 Registration Form
This is the official registration form for ACF Nationals 2013. Please fill this form out once for every team you plan to register from your club. For example, if the University of Chicago wants to register an A and a B team, the form should be filled out twice, once for Chicago A, and again for Chicago B.

Number of staffers your club is bringing. If your club is registering multiple teams at the same site, please only list the staffers in your A team's registration.

If your club is bringing staffers, please list them here by name.
Team roster
If you know your team's roster, please list all members here. If you don't know, leave it blank; we'll contact you for a roster closer to the date of the tournament.
Undergrad eligibility *
Is your entire team eligible for the Undergrad title? That is, do all players meet EITHER or BOTH of the following conditions: 1) they graduated from high school in the 2008-2009 academic year or later OR 2) they did not participate in collegiate academic quizbowl tournaments before the fall of 2009.
Division II Eligibility *
Is your entire team eligible for the Division II title? PLEASE NOTE the special Division II requirements for Nationals: for ACF Nationals only, any player who is Undergraduate-eligible according to the rules mentioned above AND is a freshman or sophomore (measured by time in school, not credits) is eligible for the Division II title.
