3 Tiny Habits with Dr. BJ Fogg
"3 Tiny Habits" is my new program that boosts your ability to create new habits.

Join me from anywhere. It takes 3 min/day (at your convenience) for 5 days (Mon - Fri).

Step by step, I make it easy for you to practice creating habits. People say it's surprisingly simple and fun. And it changes behavior.

(Note: I'm doing this as an individual; it's not a project for my Stanford lab.)
