Please fill out this form to let us know when to expect your arrival. Project WILD cannot be responsible for providing accommodations for participants arriving before August 7th. If you are flying into RDU on the 7th, PWILD can pick you up from the airport. If you will be staying at a hotel the night of the 6th, PWILD can pick you up from your hotel on the 7th. ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST ARRIVE BY 2PM ON TUESDAY, AUGUST 7TH.

If you are interested on carpooling with another participant in your area, please contact us. We will provide you with appropriate names and phone numbers. If you wish that your contact information not be shared with other participants for the purpose of carpool arrangements, check here.
