Leadership in Civic Engagement Awards: Nomination Form
Use this form to:
• Nominate an individual or group for one or more awards
• Self-nominate. A self-nomination must also include one 250-300 word (maximum) description of civic engagement activities. In addition, please submit a recommendation from another individual who can speak to your dedication to volunteerism and civic engagement. Recommendations can be submitted by email to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Students, SUNY Cortland faculty and staff, and community members are all eligible for non-monetary Leadership in Civic Engagement Awards.
The deadline to make nominations is Friday, March 15. The Leadership in Civic Engagement Award Ceremony will be held on Thursday, April 18.
Applications for Civic Engagement scholarships are available at cortland.academicworks.com. Use the keywords, ”community service,” to search and find all relevant scholarships.
