Garden Arts calls upon its barefoot dreamers who delight in chasing lightning bugs and butterflies, picking wildflowers and playing barefoot in the backyard.  Come! Create nature's art, poetry and a school garden of storybook charm. Garden themes will change weekly for the whimsical travelers who want to go where our imaginations lead us, with only a journal and sketchbook in hand.  Explore summer gardens in Missouri, sea gardens the rain forest and paintings by the masters, from the gardens of Giverny.  Soothe your soul, as you write and draw amidst the serenity of scented candles and music that soothes.  A softy blanket, pillow or stuffed animal are welcome to create a comfort space. The timeless beauty of nature that has prompted artists to paint and poets to write will inspire your child to find his/her own creativity within. Come prepared for artistic and outdoor fun- water, snack and sunscreen.
