PhotoNOLA 2012 Exhibitions: Artists Seeking Venues

Thank you for your interest in exhibiting during PhotoNOLA 2012, the seventh annual photography festival in New Orleans! There were over 50 photography exhibits last December and we hope to attract quality artists for successful shows again this year.

This form is for photographers interested in showing work in New Orleans in December (in conjunction with the festival). Festival dates are November 29 - December 2, 2012, with most exhibits running the entire month of December. If we find a space that seems an appropriate fit for your work we will put you in touch with that venue.

***Please note that PhotoNOLA (coordinated by the New Orleans Photo Alliance) does not have a budget for producing, traveling or installing exhibitions.*** Most of the venues available through this matchmaking process will be alternative type venues, and you will probably be responsible for all of the expenses involved in showing, and in many cases the physical hanging of the exhibition. *** Venues and artists should take all necessary precautions to make sure that the work is properly stored, shipped and exhibited (this includes proper documentation, contracts and insurance). PhotoNOLA/ NOPA are not liable for any damage to artworks.
