Thankyou in advance for taking the Survey on UK Institutional Web Accessibility Policy! Before you begin, please read the following information about the survey and your participation in it.

The survey is being conducted by David Sloan, Brian Kelly and EA Draffan as part of an IWMW 2012 workshop  on institutional web accessibility policy (http://iwmw.ukoln.ac.uk/iwmw2012/sessions/sloan/). For more details about this survey, please contact dsloan@computing.dundee.ac.uk

The intention is firstly to gather some background information in this area, to inform the workshop activities, so initial results will be shared with workshop attendees. Data gathered from the survey may also be analysed and used in future publications such as blogs, research articles and briefing papers on institutional web accessibility policy.

The survey should take no more than 5 minutes to complete. All questions are optional, so you can choose not to answer specific questions if you so wish. However, we encourage you to provide as much information as possible.

No personal information will be gathered from survey respondents, other than an optional disclosure of the institution you work for. Data will be stored initially on Google's servers, and also on the researchers' own computers.
