This form is for players who cannot commit to the season and want to get on the reserve player list. Captains and managers of all twelve league teams will have access to your information and they will draw from this list when numbers are low and they need subs.

What is your Wednesday night availability? *

The majority of games will be on Tuesday nights but every team will have one or two Wednesday night games.

My Wednesdays are pretty open.

I have a standing commitment on Wednesdays and likely won't be able to play that night.

Earlier times are bad for me on Wednesdays.

Later times are bad for me on Wednesdays.

I don't know right now what my Wednesday availability will be.

How likely are you to hang out with the team after the game?

Lou's City Bar is our post-game hangout spot, and it's a block from the field.

I'm totally there!

If my schedule allows I will hang out after the game.

It's possible but not likely.
