REGISTRATION DEADLINE: 15 June 2012

The number of participants is limited to 20. Registered participants will receive confirmation of the training program taking place on 16 June 2012. You are advised to await this announcement before making travel arrangements.

Payment
Payment of the program fee (THB 10,000) should be made by bank transfer. Bank details and detailed pay-ment instructions will be made available by e-mail upon registration. Included in the program fee are the cost of accommodation, local transport related to the program and one meal per day.
Cancellation policy
Should the training program be cancelled by the organizers for any reason, paid program fees will be reim-bursed in full to the participants. In case of cancellation by participants the following reimbursement rates apply: 75% of the program fee if the cancellation is received before 1 July 2012; 50% if the cancellation is received before 15 July 2012; 25% if the cancellation is received before 1 August 2012. No reimbursement follows in case of cancellation by the participant after 1 August June 2012. Plane tickets and any other costs related to travelling to/from Bangkok cannot be reimbursed.
