Graphics Request Form
PLEASE READ BEFORE SUBMITTING
While I am not actively taking requests for banners or blinkies at the moment, I am always available to take requests for banners for Fandom Causes.
If you're submitting a one shot/outtake to a fandom compilation please fill out this form with the requested information and I will contact you ASAP.
As long as your cause is a legitimate fandom charity, and you can link me up to their site, I will accept your banner request.

Once I receive your request, turnaround time for banners will be between 3-10 days, and blinkies may take 7-14 days. Please keep this in mind when making a request, so that your banner will be completed in time to be added to the compilation.

Is your Edward older, covered in tattoos? Is he a firefighter or a doctor? Does Bella have blonde hair or dreadlocks? Humans or Vamps? Aliens? Describe your characters and any specific traits you think would help me in creating a personalized graphic.

If there are specific images you REALLY want included, link them here, and separate the URLs with commas. PLEASE TRY TO LOOK FOR BIG/MEDIUM IMAGES (HIGH QUALITY/MEDIUM QUALITY) OTHERWISE YOUR BANNER WILL LOOK PIXELATED. Keep in mind, if you give me lots of images to pick from, I  will choose a couple, but I will probably not use them all. It's just not my style to make collages with lots of pics.
Tagline
If there is text or a quote from your outtake or O/S you want to include in the banner, please provide me with a couple Short sentences. I may use one or both, provided the text doesn't make the banner look to cluttered.
Agreement *
By checking the Agree box, you agree to give SoapyMayhem credit as the artist or creator of the graphic you receive, and will not alter the banner or claim yourself or any other artist as the maker of the graphic. Because I do not watermark or sign my banners, I ask you to please credit me for my work.
