Solid Ground Church: Worship Team Evaluation
Hi Team
In February I'll be setting some time aside to meet with each of you, one-on-one for a cup of coffee and a chat. I want to hear what God is saying to you, and also would like to share what's on my heart for us as a team and for you personally.
The aim of this evaluation is not to point out your faults or weaknesses, but rather for you to take an honest look at how you spent 2011. I want this evaluation to encourage you to ask yourself some honest questions...
Each of us wants to be good stewards of the gifts God has blessed us with, so I feel that a process of evaluating ‘performance’, (and I use that world lightly), attitude, and growth holds tremendous value for us as worship leaders and musicians.
What I need you to do is;
- Complete this form by Friday 10 February 2012
- If you're completing it online, a copy will automatically be sent to me. If you're completing a hard copy, please get it to me by Friday
- Once I have your form, I’ll spend time making comments and recommendations myself
- Then I’ll setup a 15min interview with each of you, one on one. The date and time will be confirmed
- Please take your time on these questions. Be honest so that this evaluation is effective
