• This is a brief survey to collect the opinion from citizens of India above 50 years of age and older regarding health care and other essential needs.This survey is to be completed by someone who falls in that age category.
• The survey meant to get an opinion about a system that is proposed called Senior Citizens Wellness Management- “Jyeshta Ayush”.
• This is the first phase of the research project in which a cost effective and scalable system design is proposed to cater to the senior citizens. There are three modules
         o    Health care Services
         o    Essential services
         o    Information assistant
• After the design is finalized in the second phase a prototype will be developed.
• In phase three the actual model will be developed and implemented
• In the final phase the entire eco system to make the project functional will be built.
• This is just to know your opinion if the services that are included are necessary, sufficient or anything more can be added. You may not be requiring those services at this point of time but please understand that we only want to judge if it serves the purpose for Senior Citizens Welfare. Do remember that, your support for this system will benefit yourself and the entire senior citizens community. Thank you for your time.
