If you have NOT participated in KPF before, provide images of your products —a website link is preferred. Misrepresentation of wares is grounds for expulsion. Only items approved by Pumpkin Festival management are permitted. Returning vendors with new products should provide pictures also.

Fee: Before July 1=$550         After July 1=$650. All registration fees are nonrefundable after August 1, 2014. Only fully paid complete applications can be considered and will be reviewed first come/first serve until space is filled. Note that when paying by credit card, there is a service fee of $30.

Booth space is 15’x15’. *
In the spirit of the day, please include carved pumpkins in the decoration of your booth.  
Craft fair vendors must commit to being open for the entire duration of the festival, 12Noon-8:30p.m. *
You will not be allowed to set up until checked in by Pumpkin Festival management after 7am. All accesses will be closed for security from 9:30am until 9pm so please plan to remain until this time.
Power Specifications *
A 100-foot heavy duty insulated extension cord is required for your use. The Craft Fair is generator-powered. Pumpkin Festival 2013/City of Keene will provide basic 100V-20A electrical service. No heaters, fans, crock pots, microwaves or other unapproved electrical items are allowed—this helps prevent overloading and power failures. If power is lost for whatever reason, reasonable efforts will be made to restore power but there will be no refunds. Misuse of the electrical outlets is grounds for immediate expulsion. Power will be shut off one hour after the festival closes.
Craft Fair Vendors are responsible for: *
1) Staffing your booth at all times and for any loss due to shoplifting or damages; 2) Providing your own tents, tables, set-up and clean up; 3) Disposing of trash in a receptacle provided. Note: Although we will try to honor requests for specific locations, all booth assignments will be made at the discretion of festival management.
Raffles are not allowed at Keene Pumpkin Festival. *
 Also no solicitations, recruiting, distribution of literature or promotion of any particular cause, program or political candidate. Violators will be asked Violators will be asked to leave immediately.
