Club Member Pool Nomination

Six student club representatives serving for one semester. a. Each site campus will provide one student representing a club on their respective campus using random selection process as provided by their campus clubs. b. One Hardin Valley club representative will be randomly selected from campus clubs. c. Two students will be randomly selected from the entire pool of club representatives and must be from different campuses. d. Clubs may not have more than one student representative on Fee Board. Students participating in more than one club must declare all club memberships. e. Student organizations are not required to provide a representative to the Fee Board Pool. Club nominations are due September 8, and December 15. Meetings are the second Thursday of the month, except in special circumstances where the meeting will be moved to the third Thursday of the Month.
