Northwestern University Residential Life - Mail Room Clerk Application
Thank you for your interest in the Area Desk Clerk position. Area Desk Clerks provide exceptional customer service and support for campus mail room and desk operations in the residence halls as needed. All Area Desk Clerks must be work-study eligible. Area Desk Clerks typically work 6 to 12 hours a week, including some weekend hours, spacing out his or her work-study allotment to last the academic year. Area Desks will be open Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. Individuals are typically assigned to one location, but may work at multiple Area Desks.
