I would like to join the "TAG INDIA" group to be a part of the event mentioned below. I have registered myself as a member of TAG INDIA and have read the terms and conditions of being a member.

I have read the group's rules & regulations and agree to be bound by it and any subsequent changes to it. If I have any medical condition or am taking any medication whilst on a club activity, I will ensure that a member of the immediate group is aware in case of an accident occurring. I have informed my next of kin of my involvement with this event, and of the precise contents of this participation statement. All information provided are true to my knowledge.

I agree to pay the event charges upfront and I am aware of the cancellation policy.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation charges prior to 5 days from the date of the event --> 25% of the event cost.
Cancellation charges between 4-2 days (96 hours to 48 hours) prior to the event --> 50% of the event cost
Cancellation charges within 48 hours prior to the event  --> 100% of the event cost

In case TAG INDIA is able to find a replacement, we will consider replacing 90% of the event charges to you. TAG INDIA will refund 100% of event chargein case of event cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.
