BRWA Water Quality Data Online Form
Here is the link to the Google Docs form for submitting data.  There are several fields that will show up in your form as "Leave Blank" and "Office Use Only".  These questions are for BRWA staff to calculate formulas in the final compilation of data.    Please remember to also submit a hard copy form by either a) scanning the form and emailing to mariana@badriverwatershed.org or b) mailing the form to BRWA Data, P.O. Box 875, Ashland, WI  54806.  Thanks!
