This is a test form created using Google Documents ... everything's online, and free!  It automatically creates an online  spreadsheet to hold the responses, and you can view them as a spreadsheet or in graphic summary form as they're entered.  You can set your form/survey so people can view the responses, or you can keep 'em private.  This gets into the realm of "cloud computing" where nothing resides on your local computer ... it's all "in the clouds."  Google is a big player, and Amazon is moving this direction.  This trend has been rumored for a long time, and with big players involved, it's becoming a reality.  You can fill this out just for fun, and you can lie if you wish.  We're just trying to get a handle on how this operates.
