The adult victim stated she was walking in an alley when an unknown male subject got upset with her, grabbed her by the arm and then punched her. The victim sustained minor injury from being hit in the face. The suspect also inappropriately grabbed the female before walking off. The suspect was described as a black male that was walking with a female. CSI responded and a report was taken.

Witnesses stated two groups were involved and fled in a green truck and red Ford Explorer. No victims were located, however damage to a vehicle and shell casings were found.

Eventually the banging got so loud she fled out of the front of the business while waiting for officers. Officers arrived, set up a perimeter and found the suspect hiding inside the restaurant pretending to be asleep. It was found the suspect broke into the vacant adjoining business and then broke in through a shared wall. The suspect moved several items to the back door prior to being caught. Julio Basquez, 26 was taken into custody for burglary and outstanding warrants. He was arrested without incident.

The victim was contacted by police and found that he had been grazed by a bullet that penetrated his home. Officers found shell casings and evidence of that a shooting occurred on May Street in which a stray bullet went into the elderly victim's home. No other victims were located. The victim was treated at the scene and was not transported.

The victim entered a store and put his backpack on the counter while shopping only to return to find the backpack stolen. The victim stated that he had a gun inside the backpack. The occupant fled on foot upon contact by officers. After pursuing the suspect for a considerable distance the he was ultimately caught by officers and discovered to have an outstanding violation of parole warrant. Clarence Lester, 38, was booked for his warrant without further incident.

Witnesses in the area advised that one of the suspects went behind a residence. When officers went to further investigate, the subjects had already fled but a loaded handgun was located in the area and seized.

The victim and the suspect are acquaintances. The suspect was ultimately contacted and found to be in possession of methamphetamine; however the stolen bike was not recovered.

Police were notified and worked with mall security to gather information. Ultimately the suspects were located and taken into custody. The main suspect ran and tossed the gun, but was caught by SPD K9. The discarded loaded gun was located and booked into evidence. Jordan Urban, 22, was booked into county jail.

She reported that two subjects approached and grabbed her in a parking lot, took her to a bank on Exposition Blvd and told her to withdraw money. They threatened the victim if she reported the crime. The suspects were described as a Hispanic man and woman.

4/15/2013 1:28:00Traffic StopMarysville Blvd / Dry Creek RdRoblaOfficers attempted a vehicle stop and a pursuit ensued. During the pursuit, the driver slowed and let a passenger out who fled on foot. Other responded officers contacted the passenger a short time later and the pursuit continues. The driver ultimately abandoned the vehicle and fled on foot, however the driver was not located. The passenger was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

Officers arrived and contacted the victim who had sustained non-life threatening stab wounds. It was found that the victim was inside the residence when his roommate came out of his bedroom and stabbed the victim multiple times. The victim fled to a neighbor's home where the neighbor called the police. The suspect, Francisco Lemus, 36, was located inside his apartment and arrested for assault with a deadly weapon and violation of probation.

Rounds struck the vehicle, however no one inside the car was injured. Later in the shift, the suspect was contacted and arrested at this home. Billy Hembree, 25, was taken into custody and booked into county jail. Investigation is in progress.

4/13/2013 14:42:00Assault2800 block of Belden StSouth HagginwoodOfficers were hailed regarding a possible armed subject in the area of Beldon and Alamos. Officers contacted one subject as a second subject ran. The second suspect, Davon Rich, was ultimately caught. It was found that the Rich pointed a gun and threatened the victim as he ran through the victim's house. Davon Rich, 20, was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon, felon in possession of a firearm, participation in a gang and for resisting arrest. The gun was located and booked into evidence.

4/13/2013 2:10:00Disturbance1600 block of Glenrose AveBen AliPolice responded to a report that a family member was intoxicated and walking around the house with a gun in each hand. Officers arrived and the family, including one infant exited, however the subject with the guns did not come outside. SWAT responded and the subject ultimately surrendered. The 37-year-old male suspect was transported to county jail and booked for felon in possession of a firearm. Investigation is in progress.

Upon arrival at the source of the smoke they located a motor home engulfed in flames. The vehicle was parked in the middle of the street requiring the roadway to be temporarily closed. Fire personnel responded and extinguished the fire. The owner of the RV was on scene and was contacted by fire personnel regarding this incident. Nothing appeared suspicious regarding the circumstances of this incident.

An passenger and only additional occupant also ran from the vehicle but was unable to be located.

He was approached from behind and was touch stunned from a stunning-type device. The female suspect took the victim's two beers and energy drinks that he just purchased and fled.

Fire personnel responded initially to a medical-aid call, arrived and found the male adult victim in his 30s had multiple lacerations to his head and was physically assaulted. Fire then requested police to respond. Officers arrived and found what appeared to be a home invasion robbery. The unknown suspect(s) entered the home through a front security door, assaulted the resident and stole property from the home. Officers found that the occupant had a small marijuana grow inside the residence. The victim was transported to an area hospital with significant, yet non-life threatening injuries. Officers searched the surrounding area and conducted a canvas for witnesses. CSI responded to collect evidence and photograph the scene. Investigation is in progress.

The suspect was attempting to reach into his pants and was not complying with officer's commands. One officer utilized his CED and was able to gain control of the suspect. The vehicle was later found to be stolen. Anthony Mancuso, 37, was ultimately arrested for an outstanding warrant, possession of burglary tools, a stolen vehicle, heroin, hypodermic needles, and marijuana. He was also arrested for possession of burglary tools, resisting arrest and violation of probation. Mancuso was taken to a local hospital as a precaution and later booked into county jail.

A preliminary investigation determined that there were at least three vehicles driving recklessly, the occupants of which were all known to each other. The recklessly driving caused one of the cars to strike several fixed objects (tree, city water equipment, light pole) causing utilities to be disrupted in the area.
