2	20+	As available September 23 – November 18, 2014	Polyphagous Shot Hole Borer Assessment	Need committed volunteers to inventory trees that may be infested by the borer. Volunteers will survey for signs of infestation and record data via a mobile application. 3	2 to 3	October 11, 2014	Tabling @ Patagonia Pasadena	This is an opportunity to reach out to environmentally-conscious people in a targetedf, air-conditioned environment. We are looking to expand our presence in the community, and inform the public about the Arroyo Seco Canyon Project as well as upcoming workshops. Hours are flexible, targeting a peak traffic time from 1-2 pm. A team of dedicated outreach volunteers to table at regional events will allow us to spread the word! Farmers markets, street fairs, environmental events and more.
4		Ongoing, beginning with notice	Nursery	Need committed volunteers to assist with watering on a set schedule, morning and evening each day.
5		Ongoing, periodic – bi-weekly meetings with core group?	Arroyo River Parks	Park user surveys and outreach. Community outreach events.
6		Ongoing, weekly	Stream monitoring	Near the Rose Bowl Aquatic Center, Berkshire Creek, Flint Wash to monitor for suspected contaminants
7		Ongoing through 2014	Plant Surveys	Invasive mapping in the Arroyo Seco. Training session followed by mapping in pairs.
8		Ongoing	Seed Collection	Native seed collection for propagation in nursery. Training session on best practices and methods, followed by periodic collection days.
9		Monthly, Saturdays	Invasive Control	Improving watershed health and laying the groundwork for a successful Arroyo Seco Canyon project, invasive removal days will be held regularly in the canyon north of Hahamongna.
10		Ongoing through early June	Annual Event	Soliciting donations for Silent Auction. Seeking performers / entertainment for event. Soliciting donations of food and beverages.
