As practical, determine/estimate their 'capabilities'. Inject: Without using voice-phones (which would largely be unavailable in most real emergencies). | Score the number of churches reached, people reached, and estimated capabilities expressed as the aggregated number of readiness training certificates possessed. Team members will report each successful contact using the 1min Response Form.
