The President has introduced programs.
The programs reward(보상하다) schools that don't raise tuition fee.
The programs will not work.

1. Right now there is continuous supply(공급) of buyers of college education.
2. These buyers are students who cannot get jobs.
3. These buyers are students who think that they can get a job by going to college.

1. What students are doing is similar to flipping houses. (flipping houses : 이익을 남기고 팔 목적으로 집을 사는 것)
2. You borrow as much money as you can.
3. And you go to the best school you can get into(들어갈 수 있다).
4. You go to the best schoo you can afford(비용을 감당할 수 있다).
5. Then you "flip" that education for the great job.

1. But the reality is that great jobs aren’t always there.
2. I don't think that a college kid took debt with the expectation to work for minimum wage.
3. At some point potential students will realize that they can’t flip their student loans for a job in 4 years.
4. In fact they will realize that college may be the option for fun and entertainment, but not for education.

1. Prices for traditional college will rise over the next several years.
2. And potential students will start to get education from non-traditional educational institutions.
