We the undersigned, residents of Toronto, request Toronto City Council to revert its support for at grade LRT lines that would be constructed in right-of-ways on many major Toronto streets and to instead support an underground Eglinton-Scarborough Crosstown, Sheppard Subway expansion and Finch Subway line.
