1) The school district waives all liability for group use of the building.
2) When arrangements are made to use the building it is with understanding that other areas of the building (except bathrooms) are not part of the agreement. For example, the stage area, classrooms, hallways, library, music room, multi-purpose room, etc.
3) The leader of the group needs to be the first person in (to provide supervision) and the last one out of the building to ensure that lights are out and the building doors are latched and secure.
4) Use of the gym does not include use of the school equipment. No regular street shoes are permitted on the gym floor. Also, please do not use shoes that leave black marks on the floor. Otherwise, please take time at the end of the activity to remove black marks from the floor.
5) Groups using the building will be responsible for leaving the building clean and arranged as they found it. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear is at the expense of the organization using the gym. Do not hang from the basketball hoops because they will bend and may come loose from the wall.
