Bean Museum FHE  Outreach Request
Please only fill out this form to request an FHE Outreach. If you want to come to the museum to see a live animal show Monday night, you do not have to make any reservation for you group.

FHE outreaches are only for groups located in Provo city and are held at 7:00 to 8:00 pm on Monday nights. These outreaches are also free. There must be at least 15 people at your outreach, and not more then 100. FHE outreaches are reserved on a first come, first served basis. There are no exceptions to these requirements.

Please check the calendar to see which Monday nights are available for your outreach. We offer one FHE outreach appointment each night. Please note that we will send a final confirmation after we have finalized your show time.
