I understand that any falsification, misrepresentation, or omission of facts called for herein will result in my disqualification from further consideration as a volunteer regardless of the time of discovery. I understand that this volunteer application is not valid without my signature. I am willing to be subject to the camp rules, support the camp leadership, and abide by their decisions for the current camping session. I agree to uphold the purpose and values of Trout Creek Bible Camp. I choose to fully cooperate in every regard, with the attitude of maximizing every opportunity available for spiritual growth. I understand all of this applies to each camp and for the days between camps. I have considered this matter prayerfully.
