No Lip Service Sessions: Your Results
No Lip Service start at 5am at North Sydney on a Tuesday and Thursday. Meet alongside the netball courts in Ridge Street.
The sessions we do are as follows:
Stairs Express: Run to Baragaroo via Lavender Bay & the Harbour Bridge . You run up every set of stairs you encounter twice.
Montpelier St Hills: Run from Ridge street to Montpelier St Neutral Bay and do Hill repeats. Check the link on Fit4dreams.com for a map and the extra bits you can add.
Interval Training: Bon Andrews Oval (that's the one with the picket fence at North Sydney).
