Apprenticeship Program Application
If you are interested in becoming a piano technician with FPF, please submit this form within a week after receiving a link to it.  In the application below, there are several questions that are designed to help us get to know you better.  Most of the questions don't necessarily require more than a brief answer, but please note that your last response should be a 500-1000 word essay.  Please also email a resume (PDF) to eathankeyboards [at] gmail [dot] com, subject line "Application." Send along two business references as well.
