Butler Technology & Teaching Award 2014 Nomination Form
This award recognizes faculty members who have demonstrated outstanding application and innovation in the use of computer technology in the classroom. It is separate from the Teaching Excellence Award, which recognizes excellence in teaching overall. Any full-time Hazleton faculty is eligible to receive this award. In selecting an award recipient, the Penn State Hazleton Faculty Awards Committee shall consider the creativity and originality of the project and whether it has had a positive impact on students.
Nominations may be made by students, faculty, or staff and self-nominations are permitted; past award winners will be eligible again after five years. Award recipient will be announced at the annual Academic Awards Ceremony. Nominations are due by February 21, 2014.
